Terms of service

1. About us. This website (mvdbarts.com) is operated by Magdalena Raczkowska, a private individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products. We sell digital art prints delivered as downloadable files, and may offer physical products made on demand. Product pages describe file sizes and formats. Colours may look different on different screens and printers, and printed results depend on your printer, paper and settings.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in PLN. Depending on your country, the amount may be shown or converted into your local currency at checkout, and taxes may be added where required by law. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there.

4. Digital delivery. After payment, you receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Please download and back up your files promptly.

5. Licence (personal use). When you buy a digital print, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print it for your own use (for example, home decor or gifts you give). You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or modify the files, or use them commercially (including on products you sell) without our written permission. Copyright remains with us.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content. See our Return and refund policy. By ordering a digital download and starting the download, you agree that we begin supplying the content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

7. Liability. We are not liable for printing results outside our control (printer quality, paper, colour calibration). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints. Contact us at mvdb.arts@gmail.com, and we will respond within 14 days.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Polish law, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published when you order applies to your order.
