Refund policy

Digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final once the download has started. By completing your order and downloading the file, you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase (EU and UK consumer rules allow this for digital content, with your express consent).

If you have not downloaded your file yet, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing mvdb.arts@gmail.com, and we will refund you.

We will gladly help and may refund or replace your file if:

• the file is corrupted, will not open, or is clearly different from the listing
• you were charged more than once
• you did not receive your download link (we will resend it)

Contact mvdb.arts@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
